Patches are rather small, 140 MB for the main assets and 3MB for the english assets (assets_swtor_main_205to206.z01 and the assets_swtor_en_us_209to210.z01).

So it doesn't seem like there is anything meaty in it. 12 hours most likely for just maintenance.
