Several years ago there was a site selling freshly localized MSX content. A lot of it. Through an emulator service or something (kind of like Project EGG in Japan). Lots of wonderful games from smaller Japanese developers like Compile and T&E soft. I remember being floored at the amount of stuff these guys had done work on. All these new English translations and it was, as far as I could tell, not widely known. And unfortunately, they seemed to disappear shortly after I heard about them (and before I was able to buy anything).
Does anybody know what I'm talking about?

Thinking about Compile just now (..let's not discuss why I was thinking about them and just pretend that it had something to do with my recent PC-Engine revival), it made me a little sad knowing that such a large amount of their lesser known work had been translated and now, apparently lost. And not just Complile, but a crazy amount of translated Japanese 8-bit games from several developers.

Hi Guys

First of all just wanted to thank the amazing community over here. I've pretty much been able to get answers to most of my questions without having to ask before, but i've got one now that hasn't popped up yet.

I've patched SD Snatcher with the english patches and installed the latest Bluemsx core (2_19_18) along with the bios mod on my snes mini. When the game loads it asks for the the sound cart. I go into the options to pick the sdsnatcher cart but when I try to reboot bluemsx it freezes retroarch (171_xtreme_3_13_18 but have tried this with several older versions too) instead of restarting the core. If I pick any other sound cart bluemsx reboots just fine and the games just ask for the the soundcart again. All other games i've tested so far have worked fine except this holy grail of a game. Anybody any ideas?
