Oracle Database 11g Release 2. Standard Edition, Standard Edition One, and Enterprise Edition. 7/13: Patch Set 11.2.0.4 for Linux and Solaris is now available on support.oracle.com. Note: it is a full installation (you do not need to download 11.2.0.1 first). See the README for more info (login to My Oracle Support required). We download '11.2.0.4.0 PATCH SET FOR ORACLE DATABASE SERVER' using Patch 13390677 from Oracle Support. Note that, this patch includes Oracle Database, ASM, Grid, Oracle RAC and so on. We download 7 zip files and their descriptions are as follows. In this post, I’m installing the Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.4) software on Oracle Linux 6.4, along with optional instructions on how to apply the latest Patch Set Update (PSU) to your new Oracle home.

Patching Oracle Database Appliance Release 12.1.2.6 or Later
Oracle recommends that you patch your Oracle Database Appliance deployment to within the previous four releases. There may be a minimum patch-level requirement for upgrades to certain releases. Use the following table as an indicator for minimum requirements for patching to a release.

Consider the following when patching Oracle Database Appliance Release 12.1.2.1.0:
Patch Oracle Database Appliance Release 12.1.2.1.0 to Release 12.1.2.5.0 and then apply the patches for 12.1.2.6.0.

and download Oracle client(11.2.0.4) 64 bit which is p13390677_112040_platform_4of7.zip
For 32 bit you need to download p13390677_112040_platform_3of6.zip
