1. Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is a remake of the failed PC release of the same name, only this time, Square Enix has ported the title to the PlayStation 3. It’s a completely cross-platform.
2. No 3MB/s isnt slow in a general case. It is slow in my case because i normally download at 30MB/s. This patcher is bottlenecking my download speed. Im not sure if its a load balancer issue or a upload speed issue on the server side, but its ridiculous. I should be patching at 30MB/s.
